Nancy moved to Flagstaff in 1991 and as a new REALTOR in a new town she has worked very hard to become one of the best and most respected REALTORS in Flagstaff. Although she has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions in her 18+ years in Flagstaff real estate, she brings the same dedication, service, knowledge professionalism and enthusiasm to each transaction as she did when she first began.

Nancy has earned two nationally recognized real estate designations. The "Graduate REALTOR Institute" (GRI) and the "Certified Residential Specialist" (CRS) came after extensive class work, examination and a demonstrated expertise in applied residential real estate marketing. In her 12 years with CENTURY 21 Flagstaff Realty, she was consistently the top producing agent and received numerous awards for her production and quality service. As of September 2003 Nancy joined RE/MAX Peak Properties where she has continued to excel in helping families meet their real estate goals. RE/MAX is a powerful and well known national brand, synonymous with experience and professionalism. The franchise here in Flagstaff occupies the restored & historic Koch House on Riordan, is a family owned business and has been voted by the readers of the local newspaper as the “Best Real Estate Office in Flagstaff” for the past three years. Nancy works with her partner, John Wason, to provide exceptional service to each and every one of the families they work with.

For many years Nancy has been an active member of the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS. She is past chair of the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and has been on the Board of Directors for many years. She is currently the Education Chairperson for the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS. She was chosen by her peers as the "1995 REALTOR of the Year in Flagstaff" and in 2001 she received the prestigious "President's Award" for her service to the Association. In 2005 and 2007 Nancy was nominated for the prestigious “Athena Award” in Flagstaff for her success in business, her commitment to community service and for her willingness to mentor young women in business.

Nancy and her husband, Frank, own the award winning Cottage Place Restaurant, considered by many to be Flagstaff's best fine dining establishment. In her free time she enjoys gardening, hiking, skiing, reading, classical music and eating out.
